THE COSTS OF SENDING BACK DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD WILL BE BORNE BY THE PURCHASER. FOR ANY WARRARNTY CLAIM OR REPAIR, YOU WILL NEED TO REFER TO THE DESIGNATED DISTRIBUTOR IN YOUR COUNTRY OF USE. IN THE EVENT THAT NO SERVICE CENTRE OR DISTRIBUTOR IS DESIGNATED OR AVAILABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY, YOU WILL NEED TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO BABYWELL OFFICE IN SINGAPORE FOR ANY REPAIR. BABYWELL WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS OF REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF ANY DEFECTIVE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS (ONLY) IF IT IS WITHIN THE 12 MONTHS PERIOD OF PURCHASE. ALL WARRANTY HAS TO BE SUPPORTED WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE SUCH AS VALID RECEIPTS OR INVOICES. THE COSTS OF SENDING THE PRODUCT TO  BABYWELL OR ITS DESIGNATED SERVICE CENTRES OR DISTRIBUTORS FOR REPAIR AND THE COSTS OF SENDING IT BACK TO YOU AFTER REPAIR WILL BE FULLY BORNE BY YOU, DURING OR AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN ANY SPECIAL PROMOTIONAL PERIOD.  BABYWELL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OUT-OF-BOX DAMAGES, MALFUNCTION OR LOSS CAUSED TO THE MACHINE DURING LOCAL OR OVERSEAS TRANSPORTATION. YOU WILL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING UP ADEQUATE INSURANCE COVERAGE AGAINST ALL POTENTIAL CAUSES DURING TRANSPORTATION.  IF YOU REQUIRE BABYWELL TO UNDERTAKE INSURANCE ON YOUR BEHALF, YOU NEED TO MAKE KNOWN TO BABYWELL DURING THE ORDER PROCESS. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE REQUIRED AND BABYWELL WILL INFORM YOU IN SUBSEQUENT CORRESPONDENCES.
 

     12.   LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Neither Babywell nor Acidprint assumes any responsibility, or will be liable, for any damages to, or any viruses that may   infect, your computer, telecommunication equipment, or other property caused by or arising from your access to, use of, or browsing this Web Site, or your downloading of any information or materials from this Web Site.
